मध्य प्रदेश राज्य सरकार द्वारा दिसम्बर 2014 में शासकीय महाविद्यालय सुवासरा, मंदसौर की स्थापना के साथ ही महाविद्यालय ग्रंथालय की नीव रखी गई । समय के साथ-साथ पुस्तकालय का स्वरूप विकास की और अग्रसर होता जा रहा है । दिनांक 17 फरवरी 2022 में पुस्तकालय महाविद्यालय के नवनिर्मित भवन में 34x62 वर्गफीट के एक बड़े हाल में स्थित है । जिसमे दो कमरों सहित एक वाचनालय, पुस्तक रखने हेतु तीन आधुनिक अलमिरा (Compactor) एवं चार कंप्युटर का ई-ग्रंथालय उपलब्ध है । पुस्तकालय द्वारा कोरोना काल में ऑनलाइन अध्ययन हेतु एक आभासी पुस्तकालय का निर्माण भी किया था, जो अभी तक पाठकों को ऑनलाइन पुस्तकालय सुविधाए प्रदान कर रहा है ।
With the establishment of Government college Suwasra, Mandsaur in December 2014, the college library laid by the Madhya Pradesh State Government. According to time, the form of library is progressing towards development. Date 17 February 2022, The library is located in a big hall of 24x62 square feet in newly constructed building of the college. It has two rooms with reading space, four compactor and e-library with four computers. The library had created a virtual library in corona period, which is steel providing online library services to readers.

• पुस्तकालय द्वारा अनौपचारिक शिक्षा के रूप में ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन माध्यम से पठन-पाठन की सुविधा प्रदान करना ।
Objectives
• To avail the books related from the graduation degree.
• To fulfill information need of library readers.
• To provide the facility of reading and learning through online and offline mode in the form of informal education by the college library.
